1. Dispatch
Orders paid in full are picked and dispatched within 2 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding English public holidays. Orders placed after 14:00 are processed the following working day.
2. Timescales and cost

Fragrance products containing alcohol are classed as limited-quantity dangerous goods and must travel on a compliant road or sea service. This can extend transit times and restricts air freight on some routes. We will tell you before dispatch if this affects your order.
3. Tracking
A tracking reference is emailed to the address on your account as soon as the consignment leaves us.
4. Duties and import charges
Orders outside the United Kingdom may attract import duty, VAT or customs clearance fees in the destination country. These are payable by you as the importer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
5. Failed or refused deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the consignment. Where a delivery fails because no one is available, or is refused without cause, any re-delivery or return-to-sender charge levied by the carrier will be passed on to you at cost.
6. Damage in transit
Check the consignment before signing. Where damage is visible, sign as "damaged" and notify us within 3 working days with photographs of the outer carton and the affected goods, so we can make a carrier claim. See our returns and refunds policy.
